Waterview Winter Music Festival is a three-day live music and camping festival held at the beautiful Baffle Creek Retreat in Queensland, from Friday 19 June to Sunday 21 June 2026.

The festival is presented by DC World Entertainment and FESTURI – A Multicultural Celebration Inc, in partnership with Baffle Creek Retreat.
Set in a peaceful rural environment surrounded by bushland and waterways, the festival brings together a diverse program of live music, cultural performances and community experiences in a relaxed outdoor setting.
Attendees can enjoy the full weekend festival experience with camping, or attend using day or evening tickets depending on their schedule.
🎶 WHAT TO EXPECT
🎸 Friday 19 June – Battle of the Bands & Open Mic
Friday night kicks off the festival with a Battle of the Bands, where emerging artists compete live in front of the festival audience for the chance to perform during the main festival program.
An Open Mic session will also run during the evening, giving solo performers and musicians the opportunity to sign up on the night and take the stage.
Campers may arrive earlier in the day to set up, with live music running from 4:00pm to midnight.
🎶 Saturday 20 June – Main Music Festival Day
Saturday is the main music day of the festival, featuring a full lineup of established rock, blues, country and world music artists performing throughout the day and evening.
The Saturday lineup features:
Mason Rack Band – One of Australia’s leading blues-rock acts, renowned for their electrifying live performances and powerful guitar work.
8 Ball Aitken – International touring blues artist known for his gritty vocals, distinctive slide guitar and award-winning songs.
Captain Thunderbolt – Bringing classic Australian rock energy and crowd favourites to the festival with a lively, high-energy show.
Lecia Louise – Blending country, blues and contemporary influences with soulful vocals and heartfelt songs.
Matty Rogers Band – A soulful Americana blues-rock act known for passionate songwriting and powerful live performances.
L.R. Marsh – Combining raw blues, roots and acoustic storytelling in an authentic and engaging live performance.
Slowhand Sultans – One of the festival highlights, bringing classic rock, blues and guitar-driven favourites to the stage.
Toria Mason and the Burning Fire Band – Delivering an unforgettable mix of Afro-Caribbean rhythms, blues, rock and world music, with powerful vocals and infectious energy.
Shaman’s Daughter – A rich and atmospheric act combining blues, roots, folk and alternative influences.
Darren Griffis and the Jukejoint – Bringing their signature “bourbon soaked blues” sound, blending blues, rock and country into a gritty, high-energy performance.
Battle of the Bands Winner Solo/Duo – The winning solo or duo act from Friday night’s Battle of the Bands competition.
Battle of the Bands Winner Band – The winning band from Friday night’s competition returns to perform on the main festival stage.
Live music runs from 10:00am to midnight, with headline acts carrying the festival through Saturday night.
Early Bird tickets are still available until sold out.
💃 Sunday 21 June – Multicultural Performances & Dance
Sunday closes the festival with a relaxed afternoon of multicultural and First Nations music, dance, and cultural performances, celebrating diversity, culture, and community.
Presented in partnership with FESTURI – A Multicultural Celebration Inc, the Sunday program highlights global cultures and First Nations traditions through live performances, traditional dance, and interactive cultural experiences.
The program will include performances such as:
• First Nations cultural presentations and dance
• African dance and drumming
• Caribbean music and rhythms
• Latin dance performances
• Cultural dance showcases
• Acoustic world music performances
🥁 African Drum Circle Workshop
A community African Drum Circle Workshop will also take place on Sunday.
This interactive workshop is free to attend as part of the festival, with adult and children-sized drums available so everyone can participate.
Performances run from 10:00am to 3:00pm, with pack-up from 4:00pm.

🏕 CAMPING INFORMATION
On-site camping is available at Baffle Creek Retreat for the duration of the festival.
Camping is in a natural outdoor setting and campers should bring their own tent, bedding, lighting and supplies.
Campers may arrive earlier on Friday to set up.

This is a relaxed community festival and we ask all attendees to look out for one another.
Safety measures include:
Event staff and security personnel on site throughout the weekend
First aid support available
Lighting in key areas at night
Clear performance and camping zones
Responsible service and consumption of alcohol
This is a rural outdoor site with uneven ground. Please take care when walking at night and around camping areas.
In the event of severe weather or emergency, instructions will be provided by event staff.

To keep the festival safe and enjoyable for everyone:
Children aged 0–15 must be supervised at all times
Alcohol permitted for personal consumption only
No glass containers
No illegal substances
Fires only in designated areas if permitted
Respect performers, staff and fellow attendees
Keep noise reasonable outside performance times
Do not damage property, vegetation or facilities
All rubbish must be disposed of properly.
Pets
Pets are allowed in camping areas only and must be kept on a leash at all times.
Only companion animals are permitted on festival grounds.
Owners are responsible for their pet’s care and behaviour at all times.
Anyone behaving in a way that endangers others or disrupts the event may be asked to leave without refund.
